　　Chinese shares closed down 0.21 percent on Friday as the market shrugged off November data indicating the country’s economy was powering along, dealers said.
　　The Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, was down 6.95 points at 3,247.32 on turnover of 107.6 billion yuan (15.8 billion dollars).
　　The Shanghai A-share index lost 7.35 points, or 0.22 percent, to 3,405.87 on turnover of 107.3 billion yuan, while the Shenzhen A-share index shed 1.45 points, or 0.11 percent, to 1,279.51 on turnover of 79.4 billion yuan.
