①many old buildings can equip with modern facilities example. heating, residents think old architecture is charming
②neighborhood is a nature process. stop some meaningless building cost should see a whole financial picture examples. tourist industry bring more money than government spend on it
需不需要保护古建筑。
比较简单，三点分别反驳的。
一题是说有人对保持旧建筑持批评态度，举了三个理由：
1）旧建筑里尽是破东西，破的取暖设备，破的供电系统等。这不适合人住。
2）居民并不真正喜欢旧建筑，旧建筑周围越来越多的是超市、现代化的建筑等。
3）保持这些破玩意还要花费公共支出，浪费纳税人的钱，并举了一个例子，说某个破建筑通过创收来募集维修资金。

Nowadays each group member get same grade(mark), Is it a good method to evaluate students?
To give the same grade to all the members who do the same project together. what do you think of the way of evaluation.

许多学校建立了study group,学生在一个group做同一个project的时候是不是应该给一样的分数，让学生一起学习，但是他们的作业都是一样的，同不同意给这些学生一样的grade，你支持还是反对
