Job Responsibilities:
-Policy Design and Standardization
-Employee Relations
-Employee Engagement
-Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
-Benefit Administration
-Management Resource Review for 2nd/3rd level deployment
-Union Management (working with Labor COE/manage Positive Employee Relations survey results
-Talent Retention Strategy – “broker” talent job moves between Strategic Business Units and Strategic Business Groups
-Performance Management
-Business Conduct Investigations
-Due Diligence
-Census Management
-Understanding legal requirements and implementation for the country
-Honeywell Operating System Support
-Communication (inputs to COE)
-Other project work as assigned
Contact: The HR Generalist will serves as the link between the SBU and the Country structure
Qualifications & Attributes:
-MS or MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training or related discipline and 4 years of professional HR experience or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and 6 years of professional HR experience.
-Experience covering a wide range of HR functions (i.e. employee relations, staffing, compensation management, affirmative action, organization development, training, change management, employee advocacy and business partnership).
-HR experience with manufacture.
-Should have demonstrated experience in managing employees at remote sites
-Strong customer service orientation
-Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
-Project management skills
-Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
