阅读：政府有个政策，保护旧房子，防止被新房子替代，文章认为不好，原因如下：
1.好房子很多设施，比如下水道堵，取暖不好，不方便现代人居住要求；
2.老房子占了很多好位置，不能盖商店、夜生活区等，不利于社区利益；
3.政府每年花很多钱维护老房子
听力材料中教授反对，认为这个政策好，原因如下：
1.好房子也可以被modernized，适合人们居住，而且事实上，人们喜欢住老房子因为老房子更加迷人；
2，社区的人们并不希望在他们社区里建大商场等，破坏他们的生活环境，这个政策有利于保护他们的意愿，他们很高兴；
3.为房子维护出钱的是tourists不是government，政府出的钱比起tourists来花的钱少得多。
问题是总结教授的观点，并说明他的观点如何挑战阅读材料的观点。
