　　A man was tired of living in his old house in the country. He wanted to sell it and buy a better one. He tried to sell it for a long time, but was not successful. So at last, he decided to solve the problem by using an agent.

　　The agent soon put an advertisement on a magazine. A few days later, the owner saw a very attractive picture of the house, with a wonderful description of its gardens, on an expensive magazine.

　　After the house owner had read the advertisement through, he at once telephoned the agent and said to him, "Im sorry, Jones, but Ive decided not to sell my house after all. After reading your advertisement in the magazine, I can see that its just the kind of house Ive wanted to live in all my life."

　　"But arent you the father of that young boy?" the woman asked, looking surprised.

　　"No," he answered, equally surprised. "But arent you his mother?"
