主要是关于make the best use of sth.（充分利用）的用法。注意“更好的”是修饰利用的，不是方法哦～不过意译应该也可以用a better way吧～

2. _To be prepared for war
只要表达的意思可以充当主语就可以了，可以作为主语的有：名词、代词、数词、不定式、动名词、从句。To be prepared for war/(making)Good preparation for the war等等都可。

3.Everything considered
这里插入一个条件状语从句，其引导词一般有if/unless/on condition that/supposing/given/provided.全面－fully、comprehensively等等，而“考虑”一般都使用consider。

4. not to have invited her
这题难度不大，主要要注意时态问题。thought是一个暗示，证明“没有邀请”的动作发生在过去，并延续到现在让他们感到pity所以应该用一般完成时。

5. the time your life comes to an end
这里要填入一个时间状语从句，引导词一般使用the time/when/while等，而这里有一个固定用法是关于“结束”的表达：come to an end.还要注意第三人称单数，come要变成comes.
