　　首先，SP1的确有非常显著的性能增强，代码已经被优化。有趣的是这个SP1仍然有随更新源代码嵌入的微软内部网络共享标记，如：

　　虽然，这个信息对我们没有什么用，但是借此了解微软内部发布共享的文件布局有些作用。

　　第一个变化就是版本号的升级，从6.0.6000改变为6.0.6001.16549。按照之前传出的消息，SP1应该会采用新的Vista内核(与 Windows 2008相同)，也就是6.1版的内核。而这个版本还是6.0，显然不是新内核，或许这个内部Beta还未包含进来。

　　通常，SP不会包含新功能-Windows XP SP2是个例外。大体上，Vista SP1也包含了一个新的维护程序："Create a Recovery Disc"(创建恢复盘)。该程序可以创建系统恢复盘，以便在没有原始Windows DVD或OEM恢复工具时恢复系统。

　　SP1安装时附带了4个更新：KB936330、KB937286、KB937287和KB938371。

　　但是，这4个补丁却不在www.vistasp1.net发布的补丁列表中，也就是说这是新的补丁。由于是内部版本，所以看不到这几个补丁的细节。但是，通过注册表的变化还是找到了一点信息(可惜的是作者的截图不清晰，看不到具体内容，所以就略过)：

　　KB936330：中包含了133个单独的补丁，这是到目前最大的一次更新，它被应用到下列Vista组件：
