A1: You and your partner live together and has been maintaining a stable relationship like a family (husband and wife) although you are not legally married.
Q2: In my case, my fiancee and I are not living together because of the distant work locations. But we are going to have a joint saving account together very soon. Are we considered as "common-law partner"?
