第一个问题基本上比较简单：brief introduction,why you take this exam,etc. 第二部分：考官给每个人三个问题，自行选择一个作答 问题都是有关商务方面，比较专业一些的， 比如:importance of staff evaluating their performance regularly 对方的问题是：your ideal employer. 考官会针对你的阐述继续提问题 第三部分：二人讨论，题目是考官给定的，从二方面讨论 描述部分是大背景，公司及员工情况，下面是要讨论的话题 a.the reason of increased stress of staff b.how to reduce the stress 第三部分与第二部分不同的是双方合作完成，需要体现团队合作精神了，而不是就一个问题，你一个人一气呵成，结束了。。。 开头可以问对方：shall we begin? 阐述问题时：A答完一个要点后，适时地转给B ：do you agree with me ? what about ur opinion? ......等一些句子都可以很好的将话题转给对方 最后总结结束讨论，so we ＇ll collect the reasons and ways and report to our GM to see what to do next.
