Brain 除大脑含义之外都是考点

A brain/brains 表示聪明或者才智intelligent

注意cut down upon 表示削减

ignorance 表示无知，不再意，不得而知

Breed 养（抚养、饲养）同意词 raise, bring up

注意它的过去式及过去分词分bred

well-bred 养的很好，教养很好

注意同形的词组 well-clothed well-roofed well-shellered

学会用此种句式Pride breeds failure.

Bound 动词为捆绑之意，形容词为注定之意 名词为弹跳之意

分词为bind

注意be bound for的用法及类似词比如，leave for/head for/make for/run for

注意bound名词的用法，bounds弹跳或有limits（边界）boundary，frontier（边界）

注意有捆绑之意的词的区分wrapped（包、裹）fixed（固定）fastened（系牢、系紧）conscious 1、有知觉 反义为unconscious knock sb unconscious
